1. GOOD THERMAL INSULATION

Nowadays, houses are built in such a way that heat is used optimally. Good thermal insulation is the basis for saving energy and can reduce heating costs by up to 40%. However, not everyone lives in a modern building and can afford modern insulation of the house, but we can check the tightness of doors and windows and the correct operation of heating systems.

2. ADJUST THE TEMPERATURE TO YOUR NEEDS

Overheating not only increases costs, but is also not beneficial to health. The best solution is controlling the room temperature by investing in heat source controllers and a corresponding radiator controller.

3. HEAT PROPERLY

The rooms must be ventilated to ensure good air circulation. Regulary air the room with the windows wide open (tilted up to several minutes). Turn off the heating during this time.

4. MAKE SURE YOUR FURNITURE IS OUT OF THE WAY

Sometimes a small change in the arrangement of the room can bring about positive changes in the circulation of warm air. Make sure the radiators are not blocked by furniture or thick curtains. If so, consider placing them further away from the heat source and allowing the warm air to circulate properly.

5. BENEFIT FROM NATURAL HEAT

Let the sun shine through your windows during the day. Do not cover them with thick curtains to allow the heat of the yard to warm your room naturally. Do the opposite at night. Cover the window panes with curtains or blinds - heat loss will be reduced.

6. DRESS RIGHT

Nowadays, many manufacturers do not pay attention to the materials from which their clothes are made. Strolling through clothing stores you will find thousands of sweaters with fashionable designs and at a good price. But do they keep you nice and warm? You certainly know the situation when you walk into the store with a thick polyester or acrylic sweater and start sweating, you are hot and uncomfortable. When you go outside, the sweaty fabric makes you feel cold and uncomfortable. That's why we recommend Merino wool sweaters, vests and slippers. Thanks to its natural properties, wool prevents sweating, absorbs moisture and warms. So invest in wool clothing – indoors and out. Not only does it keep you warm, but it's also environmentally friendly. You don't need to wash it as often as your regular clothes. It doesn't absorb the smell, you just need to air it from time to time. Our offer includes vests, ponchos, sweaters and warm woolen slippers.
